This year we celebrate again World Usability Day (WUD)!

The theme of this year is "UX design for good or evil?"

The event is organized by SIGCHI Finland and Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oulun ammattikorkeakoulu; OAMK).

Interact Research Unit has two contributions to this event. University Lecturer Mikko Rajanen will talk about "The dark side of UX design" ("UX suunnittelun pimeä puoli"). Professor Netta Iivari will be one of the expert panelists in a discussion about "Beyond UX design and service design".
