2 Interact PhD Students Win Best Poster and Best Picture Award at International Participatory eHealth Workshop
Michael Persson and Casandra Grundstrom are 2 PhD students at the University of Oulu who are also part of the Marie-Curie ITN programme, CHESS. They attended this year's International Participatory eHealth Workshop in Sevilla, Spain. Both winning entries are below.
A competition was held for researchers to capture their "Images of Research." This allowed competitors the chance to share the method behind the madness when conducting research. Casandra's picture is of her research method for a qualitative evidence synthesis literature review technique using post-it notes. This picture lead to her forthcoming paper in PACIS in Japan, and won first prize among the CHESS participants, seen below.
For all participants of this conference, there was also an opportunity to design and discuss a poster based on their research. Michael Persson showcased a simplistic, Scandinavian style poster – ultimately winning him 'Best Poster' within CHESS. His poster can be seen below.
