Summary:
The European Act on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act) entered into force on 1 August 2024. Article 57 of the AI Act mandates that all EU member states initiate regulatory sandboxes as an innovation support measure by August 2026. This webinar contains two panels discussing the upcoming sandboxes under the EU AI Act. The first panel provides a more general-level discussion, while the second panel is focused on the healthcare sector.
