I am a PhD student from Canada working at the Interact research group in the University of Oulu. I previously completed my master’s degree (2015) in Information Technology Management at the University of Umeå in Sweden. My bachelor degree (2012) in Information Technology with a Minor in Business was at Kwantlen Polytechnic Univeristy in Canada. My PhD project here at University of Oulu focuses on access, control, and ownership of healthcare data towards a human-centric system. My research is supervised by Minna Isomursu and Karin Väyrynen and is part of the Horizon 2020 ICT and Connected Health project CHESS.
